Troubleshooting Guide

  1. Spray booth will not operate.
  2. No or not enough exhaust air.
  3. No or not enough make-up air.
  4. Dampers are not working correctly.
  5. The spray booth is too negative or too positive.
  6. There is no air pressure at the compressed air line in the booth.
  7. There is not enough heat in PAINT mode.
  8. There is not enough heat in CURE mode.
  9. There is no heat. POWER ON light at blue Power Flame control box is OFF.
  10. There is no heat. POWER ON light at blue Power Flame control box is ON but MAIN FUEL light is OFF.
  11. There is no heat. POWER ON light and MAIN FUEL light at blue Power Flame control are ON.
  12. The alarm is sounding.
  13. The alarm sounds on a regular basis.
  14. There is an excessive temperature fluctuation.
